Dallon is the co-founder and a managing partner in Empire Assets. Dallon specializes in investor relations, market research and analyzing properties. He participates in asset management and ensures the property is performing as projected. He is also a licensed Realtor in the state of Arizona and is continually educating others on how to get involved with investment real estate.

Damian is the co-founder and a managing partner in Empire Assets. Damian oversees the due diligence process of an acquisition and manages the extensive rehabs required to add value to recently acquired apartment homes. Damian also participates in the asset management and overseeing the successful performance of each property. Damian is a licensed contractor in the Phoenix Metro area. He specializes in residential and commercial new construction and remodels. His company also currently works with Invitation Homes, a single family residence leasing company that owns more than 8,000 homes in the Phoenix metro region.
